For me, if Im having macaroni cheese, it takes the leading role and its got to be the star of the show. macaroni cheese no roux. I personally prefer the swiss over gruyere, but thats just my opinion:). Meatless Monday: Copycat Piccadilly Mac & Cheese. Cant get enough.
