Mike Henninger

Mike has been working in the real estate industry since 2005. Mike has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, holds an Enrolled Agent certificate and is a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. He has experience holding rental properties and rehabbing investment properties but found his true passion working on the buy and sale of Rural Vacant Land. Focused on the concept of creating “win/win/win” solutions, Mike created The Land Warehouse as a way to build tailored solutions to each situation. He prides himself on making sure all parties are happy and satisfied and has built a track record to prove it.

Mike is a father to two sons and a grandfather to three beautiful children, two granddaughters and one grandson.
